Luxury Five Star Bed & Breakfast Accommodation near Penzance, Mousehole, Land’s End

Introduction

We aim to cater for the needs of all visitors in our farmhouse bed and breakfast. The following statement is a summary of our provision. If you have any specific questions please feel free to call us and we will endeavour to help.

Arrival & Car Parking Facilities

• The farm is well signposted and accessed from the coast road via a 300metre tarmac and concrete lane.
• There is ample parking immediately outside the house and in the yard area outside the garden wall. This area is graveled and concreted. There is no street lighting and it can be very dark at night. There is good outside lighting illuminating the entrance and the path to the front door.
• There is a shallow step up onto the patio path and another step to the front door. The surface to the front door is patio slabs.

Main Entrance

• The main entrance is the front door into a small porch area. There is one step up to the door.
• The guest sitting room is immediately to the left on the ground floor.
• Access to the bedrooms is via a carpeted staircase with 10 steps and a handrail.
• The first floor passageway has a small slope on the floor going from one area to another.

Public Areas – General (Internal)

• Lounge and dining room are both on ground floor.
• No pets allowed inside the house, unless guide dogs.
• Instructions for assistance at night in the room file.
• Telephone available to guests.

Shop

• Our nearest shop is in the village (five minutes drive).

Outdoor Facilities

• The garden facilities are available for guests to use.
• We have a three pet Springadors who are very friendly and quiet. Guests are welcome to take them walking.

Bedrooms

• Bedrooms are both on the first floor.
• Both rooms have carpeted floor in the bedroom and tiled floor in the bathrooms.
• There is a variety of lighting in the rooms with dimmers, spotlights and bedside lights.
• Torches supplied in both rooms.

Additional Information

• Fire instructions are in the room files.
• We have a no smoking policy in the house.
• Dogs welcome but must be happy to sleep in the guests car.
• Most mobile networks available from all public areas.
• Wireless connection available.
