To confirm a booking, a deposit of the first night in advance or 20% of the total, whichever is the greater, is payable within 7 days. For a one night stay full payment is required in advance. Should the deposit not be received on time we will endeavour to contact you before we re–let the room.
All major credit and debit cards accepted. Please note a 2% surcharge is made for credit card payments. There is no charge for debit cards.
Please note that in the event of cancellation the deposit is non-refundable. Alternatively, should a cancellation be necessary but you wish to re–book at a later date, we will happily hold the deposit to be used against a future booking within a twelve month period.
Guests are reminded that once a deposit is paid, they are liable in case of late cancellation (less than 3 days) to pay up to two thirds of the total cost of the holiday if we are unable to re–let the room(s).
We would recommend that guests look into taking out their own holiday insurance.
